Ranch House Inn Policies

  • No Pets
  • No children under 12.  Innkeepers reserve the right to make final decision concerning children.  We are not setup to accommodate small children.
  • $20 Charge for an extra adult.
  • Checkout is 11am : Checkin is 2pm.
  • NO SMOKING (in rooms, building or porches/balcony).
  • 2 Night Stay required weekends.
  • 3 Night Stay required for festivals and holidays.
  • Check-Out required with keys returned or will be charged for keys.
  • Smoking, pets, excessive cleaning or damage to the inn will have a cleaning fee charged to the guest.
  • Tax Rate is 11.5%
  • $25 non-refundable deposit per room upon making reservation.
  • Shortened stays and early checkout will be responsible for entire reservation.
  • Credit Card information is required to hold the reservation only.
  • All policies are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

  • Festivals and Special Events A 14 day cancellation notice will be required for all festivals and special events.
  • General Cancellations A 7 day cancellation notice will be required, charges will apply if cancelled after 7 days.
  • Cancellations 72 hours prior to check-in may incur the charge of the full reservation.
  • No call, No show, will be charged with full reservation.
